Get Ready for Relay!!

The local Relay organizers are checking off their lists of tasks for the upcoming Relay for Life events. The Smithers Relay for Life event takes place on May 29 & 30 at the Chandler Park Field. The Relay in Burns Lake begins at 7:00 p.m. on June 5 at the Spirit Square and the one in Houston will be held at the Houston Secondary School on June 18 &19.
Funds raised through Relay For Life support the Canadian Cancer Society’s mission to eradicate cancer and enhance the quality of life of Canadians living with cancer. This is done by funding research projects and by providing information services and support programs in communities across the country.
