Mobile Banking Service

Attention: to those members who were previously set up for Mobile Banking prior to our banking system conversion on October 3, 2009.

If you are having difficulties using this service after October 3, please follow these 3 steps below to reactivate you Mobile Banking service.

1 - Please use your registered cell phone to text the message STOP to: MONEY (66639).

2 – You will receive a text message from MONEY confirming you have unregistered your cell phone number with our Mobile Banking system.

3 - Log in to the MemberDirect Online banking system and reregister your cell phone number with the Mobile Banking system.

The image shown is a screen shot of the error message that you will receive if you are trying to reregister your phone but have not sent the STOP message to your MONEY contact first.

Once again, thank you very much for your patience as we work through this conversion process.
