Peter Pan Flies High with BVCU support

Feb 07. 08

January saw high flying times for Lakes District Seconday School Drama Club with their major production of the play Peter Pan.

The play had a cast of 27, lots of special effects, high tech equipment that allowed Peter Pan, Tinkerbell and the Darling family to actually fly around the stage. This entailed a production, stage and technical crew numbering 37. With over 60 people involved in this production for the Burns Lake community,
Bulkley Valley Credit Union was pleased to help with some of the costs for the very expensive technical equipment.Pictured above from BVCU Lakes District Branch Cathie Ahlbrand presenting a cheque to Peter Pan & Captain Cook. Many hundreds of people were able to enjoy the play and all were treated to a professional, fun and entertaining performance. Bravo to the entire cast and crew!!

Bulkley Valley Credit Union is proud to support the arts from Burns Lake to the Hazeltons.
