Schools OUT - almost!

The Community Support Committee in Smithers was pleased to help with the fundraising efforts of the Grade 7 class at Muheim Elementary School last month by making a donation towards their year end trip to the Queen Charlotte Islands.
Ms. Beamish and a small number of parents accompanied the students last week to Haidi Gwaii for a few days of education, fun, and adventure. BVCU would especially like to thank Lucas Coles for his kind words included in his letter requesting support from his favourite financial institution.
Bulkley Valley Credit Union is committed to supporting our local communities. One way we do this is through our Community Support Fund. The fund was developed to support clubs and non profit groups throughout our service areas and focuses on Youth, Community and Education.
