2017 Member Survey

Sep 29. 17

Every two years, Bulkley Valley Credit Union asks its members for feedback through a survey. Survey invitation letters have been mailed to a random sample of members from each of the four branches. Thank you for taking the time to complete our survey. Your opinions matter to us, and we have used members’ suggestions from previous surveys to research and introduce new products and services.

The survey will take approximately 15 minutes and as a thank you for your time and interest, there will be two draws for an iPad! The Early Bird draw will be Oct 11th, and the second draw will be at the conclusion of the survey.

Click here if you received a letter with a PIN for accessing the survey.

For those members who follow the link – and did NOT get a survey request letter:

If you did not receive a Member Survey letter in the mail, we would still love to hear from you! As always, there are plenty of ways to reach us, and your comments are always welcome;
