2019 Member Survey

Every two years, Bulkley Valley Credit Union asks its members for feedback through a survey. Survey invitation letters were mailed to a random sample of members from each of the four branches. Now that the survey is completed, we wanted to thank you for taking the time to complete our survey. Your opinions matter to us, and we have used members’ suggestions from previous surveys to research and introduce new products and services.

The survey took approximately 15 minutes and as a thank you for your time and interest, two iPads were randomly given to randomly selected members that completed the survey.

Terrie Mcaloney was our final winner of the iPad!  Thank you very much and hope you enjoy the iPad.

    Canada Emergency Business Account(CEBA) is now available through Bulkley Valley Credit Union and will provide interest-free loans up to $40,000 for small businesses and not-for-profits. These funds are to help with operating costs during a period where their revenues have been temporarily reduced.
