THE 70TH ANNUAL KISPIOX VALLEY RODEO - June 3 & June 4!!!

The Hazelton Branch staff is all in Rodeo Spirit! Join the branch for the Rodeo Kickoff on June 2nd, featuring live music and a ‘Tough Enough to Wear Pink’ fundraising BBQ!

Mark it on your calendar, and get out to the beautiful Kispiox Valley for some fantastic scenery and an authentic cowboy experience!

Make sure you catch the Wild Horse Racing, the Ride and Lead, the Cowhide Race, the Wild Cow Milking, and the special featured event this year; the Master’s Saddle Bronc Riding. Sunday is also the 'Tough Enough to Wear Pink' day, so stop by their booth and say Howdy!

    Team Hearthrobs had another successful year fundraising for the Heart and Stroke Foundation - our team raised $3160 this year, bringing our overall total over 12 years to $28,371!!!!
    These fundraising dollars help to fund critical heart and stroke research, and our team was proud to take part.

  • Summer Safety

    With the summer season in full swing, and the warm weather inspiring us to get outside and in and on the water, the Canada Safety Council has a few good reminders about Water Safety.
    First and foremost, wear your lifejacket - and ensure all children do as well. Swimming with a buddy is recommended, and of course summer is a great time to enroll young children in swimming lessons.
    And don't forget the sunscreen, especially when out on the water!
